Lena brings over 15 years of industry experience working at some of the largest firms in the country. Her diverse background includes investment analytics, client relationship and management, and financial planning. Having spent much of her time with ultra-high net worth clients, Lena has had the privilege of walking through complex and highly varied and personalized financial situations. As a new member to the Mills Wealth team, Lena is most looking forward to the holistic and individualized care the firm has historically approached with their clients.

Lena holds a B.A. in Crisis Management from the University of Texas at Arlington and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Texas Christian University. A life-long learner, she continues to pursue financial education through every avenue presented.

Lena lives Fort Worth with her husband and two daughters. She is very active in the community, their church, and her daughters’ school. A lover of sports, she helps coach on the track team and basketball team and makes sure there’s always time for pickleball. Lena loves to travel with her family and teaches cooking classes in her free time because, well, food is amazing!
